Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using iRecon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

iRecon is a cloud-based construction ERP platform providing project management, procurement, cost control, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach at admin.irecon@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iRecon for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the service.

5. Intellectual property

iRecon and its features are the intellectual property of Irecon Solutions Ltd. Your project data remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All templates, workflows, rate build-ups, cost libraries, report formats, and calculation methodologies made available within iRecon — including any auto-generated Bill of Quantities structures, schedule templates, and cost intelligence features — are licensed for your use under these Terms and remain the property of Irecon Solutions Ltd. They are not sold, assigned, or transferred to you, and may not be extracted, reproduced, or redistributed outside the service except through the export functionality we provide, subject to any limits that apply to your plan.

6. Aggregated data and cost intelligence

We may compile anonymised and aggregated data derived from project, cost, and market information entered into iRecon — across all customers and all plans, including free accounts — to build regional construction cost intelligence, benchmarking, and analytics features, and to improve iRecon generally. Aggregated data of this kind does not identify you, your company, or any individual project, and is not shared or sold in a form that could reasonably be used to re-identify you. This does not change your ownership of your own project data as set out in Section 5.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irecon Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of iRecon. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
