Our story

iRecon was born out of a construction practice working on residential and commercial projects across Nigeria. Like every project team, we spent enormous time reconciling BOQs in Excel, chasing approval signatures, and manually updating cost reports — work that had nothing to do with building.

We tried every ERP we could find. They were either too generic (built for manufacturing, not construction), too expensive for our scale, or so complex that adoption collapsed within weeks. So we built our own.

iRecon is what we wished existed: a system where your BOQ, procurement, site reports, and cost control are genuinely connected — so that an approved daily report automatically updates your earned value, and a purchase order traces back to the rate build-up that generated it.

Our mission

To give every construction team — from a two-person QS practice to a large contractor managing a portfolio of projects — access to enterprise-grade project controls, without enterprise-grade complexity or cost.
