Privacy Policy

iRecons is a product of Irecon Solutions Ltd. When you use iRecons, Irecon Solutions Ltd acts as the data controller for your personal information and as a data processor for the project and business data you enter into the platform.

We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, company name, phone number, country), information generated through your use of the platform (project data, reports, documents, activity logs), technical information (IP address, browser type, device information), and communication records when you contact us.

We use your data to provide and improve the iRecons service, authenticate your identity and enforce access controls, send you service notifications and updates, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and analyse aggregated usage patterns to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project or business data for any purpose other than providing you the service.

Your data is stored in cloud data centres operated by our hosting providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is logically isolated at the application layer. Every record is scoped to your company, and no cross-tenant access is possible. Access is authenticated with signed, HTTP-only session cookies and CSRF protection, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and privileged actions are written to an audit log. Backups are taken in line with our current hosting plan; we will confirm the arrangement in force on request.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for at least 30 days so that you can export it, and is deleted after that period; you may ask us to delete it sooner. Audit logs are retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and contractual obligations. Anonymised, aggregated data derived from your use of the service is retained as described in section 6 of our Terms of Use.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format, or restrict how we process it. Contact us at admin.irecon@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
