iRecon is a product of Irecon Solutions Ltd. When you use iRecon, Irecon Solutions Ltd acts as the data controller for your personal information and as a data processor for the project and business data you enter into the platform.

We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, company name, phone number, country), information generated through your use of the platform (project data, reports, documents, activity logs), technical information (IP address, browser type, device information), and communication records when you contact us.

We use your data to provide and improve the iRecon service, authenticate your identity and enforce access controls, send you service notifications and updates, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and analyse aggregated usage patterns to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project or business data for any purpose other than providing you the service.

Your data is stored on servers located in secure data centres with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each company's data is logically isolated — no cross-tenant access is possible. We maintain backups and follow industry-standard security practices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted. Audit logs are retained for 7 years to meet legal obligations.
